What: Spend an evening as if you were in F.I.J.I. Leave feeling equipped to take on your hopes, goals and dreams! PowerHoopz Fitness, LLC Founder and Creator Chris Lowe, will lead you through an evening to "Unleash Your Inner YOU".
Where: On the white sand beach of Ocoee....otherwise know as FIJI.
When: Saturday June 8, 2013 7:00pm-10:30pm
Picture yourself on the beach at sunset...candles and tiki torches lighting up the sand. You will be guided
through your personal journey of how to find joy, live in the moment, have fun, get fit, gain insight, and become empowered in any situation. You will experience total mind, body and soul exploration.
You will receive personal growth tools to use in all areas of your life...relationships, career, fitness and more and walk away knowing that YOU can create the life YOU want.
You will leave feeling empowered to return to F.I.J.I. at any moment!
Evening Schedule....
7:00pm - Arrival introductions and FIJI gift bag.
7:30 pm - Outdoor sunset PowerHoopz beach class.
8:30 pm - Light, healthy, gourmet dinner and healthy cooking lesson.
9:30 pm - Creating new, authentic dream boards intro.
10:00pm Relaxing and mind clearing meditation followed by Champaigne and Fiji dessert.
