Well,  We held the first PowerHoopz Instructor Training last Friday and it went so amazingly well.  I found myself smiling most of the day, just watching my dreams turn into a reality!  The future instructors were so enthusiastic about learning a new group fitness class and it brought me true joy to watch them learn and absorb what has spent the last 3 years brewing around in my over-active imagination. I taught them how to sculpt muscles doing isometric holds with their Hoop and how to use the hoop for resistance to work every muscle in their bodies. 
 I can't wait to bring this awesome fitness class to everybody, as we embark on the PowerHoopz World Tour!  You CAN get lean, toned and feel pure joy while you're exercising.  I'm doing it, I'm watching it, I'm experiencing it!   Get ready to Hoop!
